Tonli Customization has adopted the internationally advanced production technology to control the amount of waste water from the source, and it has equipped each production line with advanced white water recycling system, which can effectively reduce the production & discharge of large amount of waste water.
In the final stage of waste water treatment, we have adopted the five-stage waste water treatment system as physical treatment + IC anaerobic treatment +aerobic treatment + shallow air-floating technology+ advanced treatment. The waste water after treatment can all exceed the national discharge standards. In the process of anaerobic biological treatment of the waste water, large amount of biogas will be produced, and it will be sent to the boiler as clean energy for heating & power generation after biological desulphurization.
In addition, in order to thoroughly solve the odour problem caused in the process of waste water treatment, we carry out the sealing, air extraction and deodorization treatment from the odour source, which sets a precedent for the waste water treatment in the industry.
In addition to the the advanced sewage treatment system, we also strive to be the best in terms of the environmental protection and energy conservation related to the biogas: the environmental indicators of COD, BOD5, SS and PH all reach the national standards.
